The GLOCK 17 Gen 6 9mm Pistol introduces a significant set of ergonomic and functional upgrades to the full‑size G17 duty platform. It features a 4.49″ barrel and comes equipped with AmeriGlo night sights. The Gen 6 frame adds an integrated palm swell for a more natural hold and an enlarged beavertail that supports a higher grip while maintaining proper slide clearance. The updated RTF6 grip texture combines two patterns to deliver stronger traction with long‑term comfort.
Refinements to the controls include an enlarged border around the slide stop lever to reduce unintended activation, a textured thumb rest for improved recoil management, and a deeper undercut trigger guard for more secure support‑hand placement. The slide features deeper, angled serrations for more confident manipulation.
