The GLOCK 17 Gen 6 9mm Pistol delivers a significant set of ergonomic and functional upgrades to GLOCK’s full‑size duty platform. Outfitted with a 4.49″ barrel and GLOCK night sights, this model offers improved low‑light capability right out of the box. The updated Gen 6 frame features a contoured integrated palm swell and an enlarged beavertail to encourage a higher, more stable grip while ensuring proper slide clearance. The new RTF6 dual‑texture pattern enhances traction and comfort during extended use.
Control improvements include an expanded border around the slide stop lever to reduce unintended activation, an expanded, textured thumb rest for better recoil management, and a deeper undercut trigger guard that supports a more consistent hand position. The slide incorporates deeper, angled serrations for more confident manipulation in adverse conditions.
