The Kimber DS Warrior brings high-capacity 2011-pattern design to a more accessible price point than the 2K11 line, chambered in 9mm and built with the same individual-technician assembly Kimber uses across its 1911 and 2011 pistols. It’s positioned as an entry point into the 2011 category without cutting corners on fit or reliability.
Features:
- Superior finish with optics-ready capability standard
- Lightweight carbon-fiber-infused grip panels
- Built from the ground up by a single Kimber firearms technician
- High-capacity double-stack magazine feeding
- Accessory rail for a light or laser
- Kimber’s refined assembly and quality-control process on every unit
This 5″ DS Warrior ships with one 17-round and one extended 20-round magazine. The 9mm chambering gives competitors and range shooters a high-capacity, mild-recoiling option well suited to major/minor power factor games or everyday range use.
Kimber has set the standard for production 1911s for more than 45 years, and the DS Warrior extends that legacy into the high-capacity 2011 category at a genuinely competitive price point. Every DS Warrior still goes through the same individual-technician build and quality control process Kimber applies across its full pistol lineup, rather than being outsourced to a lower-tier production line or assembled by a rotating team of technicians.
