The Browning X-Bolt Speed SPR 6.5 Creedmoor Bolt Action Rifle is designed for hunters seeking a suppressor-ready firearm straight out of the box. This rifle stands out due to its barrel lengths being 4″ shorter than usual for the caliber, maintaining a compact overall length even when equipped with a suppressor. The reduced length not only keeps the rifle short but also makes it lighter. Its profile barrel is fluted for better cooling, ensuring consistency between shots. The barrel end is slightly belled to fit a suppressor with 5/8″-24 threading on big game calibers. For those not using a suppressor, a radial-style muzzle brake and thread protector are included, making this rifle an excellent choice for brush hunting.

The X-Bolt Speed models are built for accuracy in challenging conditions. They feature all the award-winning accuracy attributes of the X-Bolt line, plus the added benefit of Cerakote protection, which offers superior durability compared to traditional bluing. The Smoked Bronze Cerakote finish offers better protection than traditional bluing or bare stainless steel. The match-grade, fluted sporter barrel ensures precision, while the belled muzzle accommodates suppressor-ready threads on the lighter contour barrel.
