The Sig Sauer Cross Rifle is a smooth, precise, and consistent bolt-action hunting rifle. It features a steel alloy construction and an 18-inch barrel with a 1:8 twist rate chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor to handle heavy use. The ergonomic, lightweight Sig Precision Stock offers quick, easy handling and blends the classic bolt-action look with a modern forend, contouring, and grip serrations. A 2-stage trigger offers a crisp release, and it weighs in under 6.5 lbs, making it the lightest, most portable rifle in its class. The Sig Cross Rifle also features a one-piece Picatinny scope base for increased modularity. This rifle is designed and built from the ground up at the SIG SAUER research and development facilities in New Hampshire. With the input of hunters, military snipers, and elite long-range shooters, the Cross Rifle was created to meet the demands of both precision long-range shooting and extreme backcountry hunting.
